Stairs and Ramps
First off, you need to jump
up the first set of stairs.
To do this, simply press and
hold the jump key.

After the second stairs, you 
need to do a stair doublejump.
Stair DJs are done simply by 
clicking the right mouse button
once at the very end of the stairs.
Keep holding the jump key all the 
way through it.

Step on the green pad for some 
good starting speed.
