Basic timerun level

Creating Easy18 using RIKradiant + RIKdev. Did it slowly while showing misc radiant functions in the process. No planning whatsoever in advance.

I realize this is probably too "quick" to follow particularly good, especially without any further explanation. But it's better than nothing :) Proper tutorials with voice-over explanations and so forth will be released in the future.
