Release notes

* acceleration is now properly calculated, at any FPS
* halfjump indicator added
* stairjump/sloperunjump indicator added
* crouchslide bar now has a backdrop, for better visibility
* key repeat delay in chat/console is now 0.25s, instead of 0.5s (thank me later)
* new chatbox, that doesn't cut long messages
* sound on chat message (sound_volume_chatsound to adjust volume)
* sound on successful run start (disable by setting sound_runStart to anything less than 3, for some reason ¯\_(?)_/¯)
* finish line prints time, like a checkpoint, when practicing
* new/tied checkpoints now print 0.000 instead (temporary solution)
* checkpoint prints have backdrops
* load/respawn now works from spec
* loading from noclip retains noclip and spawns without speed
* setting ss nullifies any saved vertical velocity
* set ss is retained when saving position (set ss 0 to get old behavior)


bugfixes:
* no more stationary stair doublejumps
* halfjump surface height blocking no longer carries over when respawning (or when stopping)
* failing to halfjump no longer prevents the next jump from being a halfjump


defaults changes:
* timer is now big, green and center printed. and has a backdrop
* units per second is now the default speed unit. (hud_speed_ups 0 to use legacy units)
* start speed is now center printed, and displayed by default
* skillbar (crouch slide cooldown meter) is now bigger, and displayed by default
* Z walljump indicator displayed by default

* hud_crosshairFading turned off
* hud_speed_showMaxIfZero turned off
* s_muteWhenMinimized turned off
* s_muteWhenUnfocused turned off
