* no more autocomplete for the 'auth' command (people shouldn't mess with this manually anyway)
* added outlining and applied it to multiple UI elements, with hud_Outline variables
* hud_jumphistory 5 is now default. jumphistory is now properly centered and outlined
* hud_juphistorySpeedComparison is now on by default
* hud_speed2 (the default speedometer) now shows 0 if it's the speed is 0.
* sound_musicType is now 0 by default (thank MeatSausage for this one)
* hud_startSpeed is now only visible for the first 2 seconds of a run
* hud_walljumpIndicator, hud_halfjumpIndicator and hud_specialJumpIndicator are all fully configurable now
