Release notes
* "overspeed" is now indicated by changing the color of the speedometer from grey to white* crouch slide half- and normal jumps, as well as sloperun jumps, now add entires to your jump speed history
* demo compatibility with older version restored (been broken for the past 2 weeks, sorry bout that :3)
* names are now properly colored on connect.
* start speed is not properly colored, and color is configurable using hud_startSpeedColor
