Release notes

* improved slope run 'charge' indication
* improved stair dj 'timeout' indication (hidden behind `hud_specialJumpIndicator 2` for now)
* crouch slide and accel bar now have borders and a 'cursor' at, for visibility
* accel bar opacity based on accel percent
* crouch slide accel nerf indicated on accel bar
* crouch slide jump/halfjump and sloperun jumps now *finally* shows up in jump history
* jump history properly replicated for spectators (and properly colors all entires)
* start line printed as a checkpoint when practicing
* checkpoint prints absolute time for new cps (and 0.000 for tied cp)
* checkpoint print is now used for checkpoints while practicing (main timer no longer used for this)
